I started as an electrician. It still shapes how I think.
I have spent more than a decade delivering physical infrastructure, leading construction teams and building portfolio programmes across New Zealand and Europe.
That experience taught me to judge strategy by what happens on the site—and delivery by whether it makes the next investment decision easier.
