I started as an electrician. I know what good infrastructure design feels like from the ground up — and I know exactly how leadership decisions play out on the frontline.
Over the last decade, I've moved from delivering individual projects to building the operating models, commercial structures, and governance frameworks that make portfolio-scale rollouts actually work.
At Prologis, I lead the design and scale-up of energy solutions across European real estate portfolios — structuring commercial models across pricing, capex, and long-term value creation, and aligning energy, real estate, finance, and legal into a single operating model.
Before that, at Milence, I built the planning, prioritisation, and delivery systems for Europe's first electric truck charging network — managing a €100M+ pipeline across 9 portfolios and multiple markets.

What we built: A standardised operating model covering site prioritisation, grid assessment sequencing, commercial structure, and cross-functional decision rights. The model was designed to be consistent enough to replicate across markets, and flexible enough to handle site-level variation without breaking down.
What changed: Deployment decisions that had been taking three to four months moved to six to eight weeks. The pipeline became plannable. Leadership had a single framework to approve rather than a series of one-off judgement calls.
